About the author
Will Hill is a designer by trade and an activist at heart. Over the last decade, he has been living & working in the wild world of freelance under the name of DELCOdesigns, with his clients spanning a wide demographic range. Recently, he was the Creative Director for an international film company, The Doorpost Film Project. Will was the 2nd hire, where he helped establish brand and position the company within the marketplace. In Doorpost’s 2nd year, MovieMaker Magazine named Doorpost as one of the top 25 festivals in the world worth the entry fee. From zero vistors on day one, to well over 3 million by year 2, Will was instrumental in creating a successful identity and brand for Doorpost. Currently, he is the Executive Director for the Got Your Back Movement, Creative Director for Indigenous Media Group, and dabbling in a handful of startups. Will enjoys listening to & writing music, reading anything he can get his hands on, & tweeting on twitter. He also seriously believes that the island from LOST is a real place that he will go one day.
